| The deposit amount required is $200, this deposit is made to reserve your puppy and pick position. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If deposits are received on a litter that does not produce any babies then your deposit will be returned in full or can easily be rolled to another litter either due or planned. | If you want a puppy from any of my upcoming or planned litters and you want to reserve your place in line you can send me a deposit to hold a puppy. Puppies are picked in the order the deposits are received, I can not tell you which pick you will be until I have received your deposit because things change so fast, I can however tell you how many confirmed deposits I have and if you are the next deposit I receive you will be next in line to pick your new baby. |

| Parent/Puppy Information Puppies will be CKC registered, dew claws will be removed, they will have their first booster shot, microchip, they will be wormed 3x, they come with a 2 year health guarantee and a folder with mom and dads pedigree, registration, health certificates and pictures of mom, dad and baby. All puppies will be spayed/neutered prior to leaving. Parents are tested for OFA hips, elbows, thyroid, heart and patellas, they have current CERF exams and are cleared for PRA/prcd. |

| Visiting: Please understand that I do not allow visitors unless you have a deposit on a litter. I do not allow visitors to view puppies that are already sold. Please do not visit me the same day you visit other breeders. Puppies are picked in the order deposits are received. Puppies are picked either in person or by picture at 6 weeks of age**. A day/time will be set for you to come pick your puppy. Please plan on a 30 minute window of time for you to play/pick your puppy. Any longer than this is to much on the puppies and other people will be scheduled to come after you and I don't want the puppies to be tired out. You will be asked to make your selection after the 30 minutes time, I will need to know before you leave which puppy will be yours. I do allow only this one visit to pick your puppy, I don't want to expose them anymore than what is necessary. If you are choosing a boy only the available boys will be out, if you are choosing a girl than only the available girls will be out. Puppies picked prior to yours will not be out. Only your puppy will be out when you come to pick them up between 8-9 weeks old. I do not show other peoples puppies in respect to them, puppies are still susceptible until their final round of shots. **If a litter is pre-sold then I DO NOT have you pick your puppy at 6 weeks, you can pick your puppy at the time of pickup at 8-9 weeks old. |
| **BUYERS BEWARE** Stear clear from breeders asking for huge deposit amounts such as $500 non-refundable deposit!!! Most f1/f1b breeders ask for $200-$300 non-refundable deposit which is typical, this is made to reserve your spot in line for a litter. Think about it, if you made a non-refundable deposit of $500 and then something came along that you didn't like be it lack of breeder communication once they have your money, bad vibe or you went to visit and it was GROSS you would be more apt to back out of a $200 deposit then a $500, you would probably deal with it because you don't want to forfeit $500 but in that situation you probably would the $200. This is another tactic of a bad breeder trying to get more $$$. This does not apply to those breeding Australian Labradoodles since they usually do require more money as a deposit due to the average cost of an Australian Labradoodle, my above comment only refers to those breeders raising f1/f1b labradoodle or goldendoodles. |
