All of my dogs are AKC and CKC registered. CKC stands for Continental Kennel Club. They are
a registry that recognize the doodle breed and allows them to be registered. This gives you a way
to get a pedigree and a registration certificate for your puppy. Both parents must first be AKC
registered to be able to be CKC registered.
Both parents will be listed on the puppies CKC registration application, as will date of birth and the
name of the breeder. This just assures you that these are the puppies of the parents listed on the
CKC papers and they are the age as stated on the application.
Below are examples of CKC papers and a registration certificate.
You should NEVER get a doodle puppy that isn't registered with some registry like the CKC,
there is no reason not to register your dogs with CKC if the are AKC purebred. Otherwise a
breeder could tell you what ever they want about a puppy. (ie: parents, age, generation (F1 or
F1B). Trust me it happens.
Here is a Certificate of
Registration from the CKC.
You can even get a
photo id card and your
new puppies picture on
their registration and
pedigree.
Lindy's photo i.d. card could come
in real handy if the cops ever pull
her over for speeding or expired
plates....ha ha.
ALL PUPPIES FROM Tara's Darling Doodles are CKC Registered.
